1. What’s included in the tour price?

The private tour includes a 3-hour visit to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill, accompanied by an expert licensed guide.

2. Where is the meeting point?

Your guide will meet you just outside the Colosseum entrance. Exact meeting point and instructions will be provided in your confirmation email.

3. Can we customize the tour?

Yes! As this is a private tour, we can tailor the itinerary to your interests or pace. Feel free to let us know your preferences in advance.

4. Is the tour wheelchair/stroller accessible?

This tour is suitable for guests with limited mobility or those in a wheelchair. While the Colosseum is accessible for wheelchair users, the Roman Forum is not. If there are any disabled persons in your group, please let us know when you book so we can assist you accordingly.

5. Where can I rent a wheelchair?

A wheelchair can be rented during the booking process. We will provide a wheelchair through one of our trusted and experienced partners.

6. Will we have headsets to hear the guide clearly?

All entry tickets and reservations are included in the price unless otherwise specified.

7. What happens in case of rain?

The tour runs rain or shine. Please dress appropriately and bring an umbrella if rain is expected.

8. Can I bring luggage or large backpacks?

No, large bags or luggage are not allowed inside the Colosseum for security reasons. Please travel light.

9. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during high season (April–October), to guarantee availability.

10. What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation terms are based on the local start time of the tour (Rome time – CET/CEST):

Cancel up to 7 days (168 hours) in advance: You’ll receive a refund minus:

Non-refundable entrance ticket costs;

Payment processing fees (approx. 5%);

A 10% non-refundable deposit (for bookings made directly via email, WhatsApp, etc.).

Cancel between 7 days and 72 hours before the tour:
50% refund, excluding:

Tickets and additional service costs;

Payment processing fees.

Cancel less than 72 hours before the tour or no-show:
No refund is possible.

Refunds are processed within 15 business days, to the original payment method.
Please note: all entrance tickets are non-refundable once booked. Late arrivals beyond a 15-minute grace period are considered a no-show.

Our guide was American, which made understanding him very easy. His passion for history and the arts made the tour exceptional. The only thing I’d change is to spend less time at the Colosseum to allow more time at the other two sites. We were mainly led to one section there and told a little about it. Otherwise, the whole experience was excellent.
